Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Mr CraftTeas. We take pride in the quality of our high-quality, shade-cultivated, and smoke-free instant yerba mate.

Because our products are perishable food items, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness and safety for all of our customers.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your mate. If your order arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at MrCraftTeas@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

Upon verification, we will happily arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please do not discard the item until you have contacted support.

2. Standard Returns & Change of Mind

  • Perishable Nature: Due to health, safety, and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or unaltered food products if you simply change your mind or dislike the flavor profile.
  • Unopened Products: If your instant yerba mate is completely unopened, with the original safety seal intact and the packaging undamaged, you may eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
